Joint mobilisation is a popular treatment technique used for acute and chronic pathologies, with research showing it to improve joint function, reduce pain by initiating hypoalgesic effects and increasing joint range of motion.

Exercises Therapy

Exercises Therapy/Strength and Conditioning (S&C) – specific programmes individually made for patients/athletes including exercises prescription and posture correction. S&C rehabilitation focuses on conditioning core muscles that help stabilize and strengthen injuries, reducing the risk of re-injury rate. These programs are tailored to the gym and non-gym goers, meaning it can be done in the gym, or from the comfort of your own home!

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is used to loosen restricted tissues and muscle tension, enhancing recovery and pain free movement. Soft tissue therapy techniques include deep and superficial tissue massage; trigger point massage; and myofascial release.

Joint Taping

Taping – Ridged and Kinesiology tapping is available and used in the clinic when necessary.

Electrotherapy

Electrotherapy equipment is used at the clinic to help promote healing of tissues and pain management. The equipment used includes Ultrasound, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), and Infrared.
